Through research, this project is located on an area of over 16,000 m2, located on the left bank of the Red River, Van Hoa commune, Lao Cai city.

The consortium of Hacom Holdings Investment Joint Stock Company and Thanh Dong Ninh Thuan Joint Stock Company is the project investor.
The project has a scale of 4 blocks of 12-storey buildings, with a floor area of 66,560 m2; of which 745 apartments will be built to meet the housing needs of about 1,863 people.
The total investment capital is nearly 600 billion VND. This project will be invested in construction within 3 years from the date of approval of the investor selection results.


Information from the Management Board of the Social Housing Project of the left bank of the Red River, up to now, 2 buildings A1; B1 are preparing to pour the 5th floor, striving to raise the roof of building A1; B1 by April 30 and will raise the roof of building A2; B2 by August 15.
It is expected that by October 30, the entire project will be completed and put into use 2 buildings A1; B1 and the parking lot system, garden, and landscape to welcome households to live. The overall project will be completed by December 31, 2025.

Around the construction site, there are many heavy machines and many materials prepared to serve the project construction process.

The social housing project in the residential area adjacent to extended B6 road, Bac Lenh ward, was approved by Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee to be implemented by a joint venture of Dong A Golden Square Joint Stock Company and Foodinco Quy Nhon Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of more than VND2,085 billion.
The project is expected to use 42,317 m2 with 4 social housing blocks with a maximum height of 25 floors, providing about 2,192 apartments, with a capacity of about 5,589 people.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung - Deputy Head of the Social Housing Project Management Board in the Residential Area adjacent to the extended B6 road said: To ensure on- schedule handover, the investor has focused resources, requiring contractors to increase staff and workers to work 3 shifts to complete the project according to plan.
Up to now, the project is under construction until the 4th floor, and the entire concrete structure and roof will be completed by the end of June 2025. It is expected that the apartments will be handed over to the first households in early 2026.



It is known that Lao Cai province has been assigned by the Prime Minister to complete 7,600 social housing apartments by the end of 2030. Of which, 1,980 apartments will be completed in 2025 and 100% of apartments will be completed in the following years.
