The Land Acquisition Enforcement Board of Kien An Ward has just implemented a decision to enforce land acquisition against Mr. Hoang Van Th, wife of Ms. Hoang Thi L (address of Dong Khe 2 residential group) implementing the New Urban Area and Urban Renovation Project of Dong Hoa Ward (now Kien An Ward).
Mr. Hoang Van Th and his wife, Ms. Nguyen Thi L, are using land with an area of 210.6 m2 within the boundary of the land acquisition and implementation of the new urban area project and urban renovation of the old Dong Hoa ward (now Kien An ward).
Mr. Hoang Van Th's household has received full compensation, was allocated 2 resettlement plots in Phuong Khe resettlement area by the People's Committee of Kien An District (old) and was granted a certificate of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to the land; at the same time, signed the handover of the land area in use to implement the project.
However, immediately afterwards, Mr. Hoang Van Th's household changed their mind and did not hand over the site but continued to propose compensation for additional architectural works and 1 plot of resettlement land for the sub- household.
Regarding the recommendations of Mr. Hoang Van Th's household, his wife, Ms. Nguyen Thi L, were considered by the People's Committee of Kien An District (old) but there was no basis for resolution and Notice No. 302/TB-UBND dated May 22, 2025 was issued on the response to the recommendation.
According to the plan, the forced land acquisition will be held on the morning of October 24 at 335 and 339A Dong Hoa Street, Dong Khe 2 residential group. The leaders of Kien An Ward People's Committee requested the working groups to uphold their sense of responsibility, strictly implement the approved enforcement plan, ensure compliance with procedures, absolute safety and compliance with legal regulations.
