The People's Committee of Duong Kinh Ward has enforced land recovery for 06 households and individuals using 7 plots of land that have not complied with the handover of land to implement the New Urban Area Construction Investment Project in Duong Kinh District and Kien Thuy District (now in Duong Kinh Ward, Hai Phong City).
6 households and individuals whose land is recovered for land recovery, dismantling, demolition and relocation of assets and architectural objects attached to the land have had their compensation and support plans approved according to regulations, including: Mrs. N.T.H's household (deceased) - N.T.T.L's daughter is the representative, currently using land plot No. 100 with an area of 218.9 m2, Mr. and Mrs. T.Q.T's household - V.T.N.A is currently using land plot No. 72 with an area of 1937.4 m2; The household of Mr. and Mrs. N.S.L - N.T.T.H is currently using land plot number 103 with an area of 90.5 m2; The household of Mr. and Mrs. P.V.H - M.T.H.H is currently using land plot number 407 with an area of 244.9 m2; Mr. and Mrs. B.S.C - V.T.A's household is currently using land plot number 19 with an area of 102 m2; The household of Mr. and Mrs. M.V.S - D.T.H is currently using land plot number 41 with an area of 134.4 m2 and 111.8 m2.
Before organizing the compulsory land recovery, the review of the current status and determination of specific boundaries, land plot boundary markers, boundary markers; construction boundary markers for enforcement will be carried out by the Duong Kinh Project Management Board in coordination with the Department of Economics, Infrastructure and Urban Areas.
