Implementing site clearance for the Ring Road 2 Project, Tan Vu - Hung Dao - Bui Vien section through Hung Dao ward, reclaiming nearly 597,000 m2 of land from 1,001 organizations, households and individuals. Of which, nearly 550,000 m2 of land has been cleared, handing over 38.3 hectares to the investor. For the 2.2 ha area, 23/25 households have accepted compensation and site handover; the remaining 2 households that have not agreed are Ms. D.T.D and Mr. D.V.K. Accordingly, the land plot used by Ms. D.T.D has an area of 99.6 m2, the land plot used by Mr. D.V.K has an area of 381.5 m2, all of which are agricultural land used for public purposes managed by the Ward People's Committee.
Hung Dao Ward People's Committee has chaired and coordinated to organize many mobilization and persuasion sessions, but the households have not agreed to hand over the land and receive resettlement land. At the same time, there is a document sent to the City Inspectorate, the Department of Agriculture and Environment, and the Department of Justice about asking for opinions on the documents and enforcement plans for the two households mentioned above; at the same time, continue to persistently mobilize and organize dialogues to resolve petitions so that people can agree and comply with legal regulations.
Recently, the Land Acquisition Enforcement Board of Hung Dao Ward People's Committee has implemented a plan to organize enforcement according to plan. The forces are responsible for moving all assets of the two households out of the recovered land area so that the construction unit can dismantle the project. The enforcement process took place in accordance with the prescribed order and procedures, ensuring absolute safety for people and property, and there were no cases of resistance against law enforcement officers who had to be handled. After the enforcement, the People's Committee of Hung Dao Ward completed site clearance for 2.2 hectares and handed them over to the construction unit.
The Ring Road 2 construction project has a total investment of over 7,000 billion VND from the city budget. The project's site clearance area is nearly 113 hectares, reclaiming land from nearly 1,650 households and 30 organizations.
