On September 6, the People's Committee of Gia Lai province decided to approve the investment policy of the Nam De Gi Residential Area project in Cat Tien commune, with an area of over 15 hectares and a total investment of over VND1,800 billion.
The project has an operating period of 50 years, with a construction progress of 57 months from the date of recognition of the auction results.
Nam De Gi residential area is planned with diverse types of housing combined with commercial services (selling, leasing, leasing, buying), low construction density. The technical infrastructure and social infrastructure system will be invested synchronously and modernly, not only serving the planning area but also meeting the needs of settlement, shopping and entertainment.
The project also contributes to increasing the value of land use, creating a civilized, green and beautiful living environment, improving the material and spiritual life of the people.
The People's Committee of Gia Lai province assigned the Land Fund Development Center to coordinate with relevant agencies to announce plans and lists of land plots for auction; organize compensation, support, resettlement and implement procedures according to regulations.
Assign the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over determining the starting price of the auctioned land; check and complete the dossier to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval of the land use rights auction plan and starting price.
At the same time, the auction winning investor is required to implement the project according to the approved 1/500 detailed construction plan, ensuring full compliance with relevant legal regulations.
