On the morning of March 15, Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company coordinated with the Thanh Oai District Land Fund Development Center to organize an auction of residential land use rights for 89 plots of land (phase 1) in Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong areas, Van Quan village, Do Dong commune, Thanh Oai district, Hanoi city.

The auction attracted 224 customers with more than 500 applications. The plots of land in the auction have an area of 87 - 161 m2/plot with a starting price of 11 - 17.2 million VND/m2. The auction of each plot of land is in the form of direct secret ballot in one round according to the method of bidding up.
Talking to Lao Dong, Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong (Thanh Oai) said that she participated in the auction of 4 plots of land in today's session. As a resident living near the auction area, she clearly understands the surrounding land price ranging from 20 - 40 million VND/m2 and expects the maximum payment price to be 40 million VND/m2. However, she was worried that it would be difficult to win because recently, the winning price has been continuously pushed up.
Ms. Le Mai Anh - an employee of a real estate brokerage office in Thanh Oai - said that her office has 5 teams participating in the auction of land lots. According to Ms. Anh, if customers have a need, she is willing to sell at a higher price right after the auction ends. The difference ranges from 100 - 200 million VND/plot, for beautiful locations alone, it can range from 300 - 500 million VND/plot.
Previously, on March 1, Thanh Oai district organized an auction of 54 plots of land in Ngo Ba area, Thanh Than village, Thanh Cao commune. Accordingly, the plot of land with the highest winning price was LK03-10 (Group 1) with an area of 64.95m2 with a winning price of 90.33 million VND/m2, equivalent to more than 5.86 billion VND/plot of land. Other plots of land have winning prices ranging from 59.9 - 89 million VND/m2.
54 plots in the auction on January 1 were divided into three groups according to each starting price. The first group consists of 6 plots with a starting price of 16.3 million VND/m2; the second group consists of 24 plots with a starting price of 15.6 million VND/m2. The third group includes 24 plots with a starting price of 10.9 million VND/m2. Accordingly, the plots of land have starting prices ranging from over VND656 million to over VND1.3 billion. The deposit ranges from 130 million VND to 265 million VND per plot.
