Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 1602/QD-UBND announcing information on the Project to invest in building a social housing area in Dai Hanh village, Hoan Long commune (Zone No. 2).
The project is implemented on a land area of 32,455.72 m2 in Dai Hanh village. The land is bordered by rivers in the Northeast, Northwest and Southwest, and the existing residential area in the Southeast.
According to the announcement, the total floor area for housing construction is expected to be about 121,600 m2. The current status of the land area is mainly agricultural land, traffic land, internal field irrigation and a part of cemetery land, water surface land.
The project aims to implement the social housing development goals according to the targets assigned by the Government, contributing to completing the Project to invest in building at least 1 million social housing apartments for low-income people and industrial park workers in the period 2021-2030. At the same time, the project also concretizes the Hung Yen Provincial Housing Development Program for the period 2021-2030 and the province's social housing development plan to 2030.
According to the plan, the land for project implementation belongs to the residential land function according to the Old Yen My District Regional Construction Plan to 2030, vision to 2050.
Preliminary total investment of the project is expected to be more than 1, 474.5 billion VND. The project implementation progress is 3 years from the date the Provincial People's Committee signs the land allocation decision.
Investors participating in the project will enjoy preferential mechanisms and policies according to the provisions of current law and the province's policy to support social housing development.
The Department of Construction of Hung Yen province is the agency receiving dossiers for project implementation registration. The dossier receipt period is within 30 days from the date of project information posting. Dossiers are received at the One-Stop Shop of the Department of Construction located at the Hung Yen Provincial Public Administrative Service Center.
