Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the local adjustment plan of the 1/500 scale Detailed Planning of the project to invest in the construction of commercial housing and urban housing in Nguyen Van Linh commune and My Hao ward, Hung Yen province.
According to the decision, the project name is a partial adjustment of the Detailed Plan at a scale of 1/500 of the Investment Project to build commercial housing and urban housing areas. The unit organizing the partial adjustment of the plan is T&T Technology and Urban Development Co., Ltd.
The adjustment objective is to ensure the connection of space organization and technical infrastructure between the adjusted area and neighboring areas, towards synchronization, efficiency, and sustainability based on the current status of land use and existing technical infrastructure. The adjusted plan must also be consistent with current regulations and standards.
In principle, local adjustments do not change the scale, scope and boundaries of the project; and at the same time ensure inheritance, do not change the nature, function, population size and main planning solutions that have been approved before.
The adjustment also does not cause overload of technical infrastructure and social infrastructure, and at the same time complies with urban and rural planning standards, meeting the conditions according to current legal regulations.
In terms of scale, the project has a land area of 240,885.1 m2 and a population size of about 3,932 people.
