The Department of Construction has just posted information about social housing apartments for sale at the Social Housing Project for low-income people in Group 1, Tien Phong Ward, Thai Binh City (now Thai Binh Ward, Hung Yen Province).
Accordingly, the Social Housing Construction Investment Project in Tien Phong Ward, Thai Binh City is invested by Thanh Dat Trading Joint Stock Company. The project is built in Group 1, Thai Binh Ward.
The total land area of the project is 2,820m2, including a 9-storey social housing apartment building with 81 apartments, a construction area of 740m2 (including 65 apartments for sale and 16 apartments for rent) and 5 low-rise apartments for commercial housing, a construction area of 366m2.
According to the Department of Construction, there are currently 11 records of households and individuals who have been transferred from renting to buying social housing for the project. Of which, 2 households do not have a need to buy social housing for the project and asked to return it to the investor. Therefore, the remaining social housing apartments for sale in the project are 2 apartments.
