According to the announced information, the project is called the Pho Noi Industrial Park Housing and Service Area, invested by Tan Sang Tourism - Trade Joint Stock Company. The project is implemented in Nguyen Van Linh commune, Hung Yen province.
Regarding the selling price, social housing with an apartment building of 3.3 m is determined to be 20,800,000 VND/m2 of usable floor space. Social housing with an apartment building of 4.5 m high costs 25,788,000 VND/m2 of usable floor space.
For apartments 4.5 m high, the usable floor area does not include the attic. The above selling price includes the cost of investment in the construction of the porch gate allocated to the apartment selling price.
According to the Department of Construction, the social housing selling prices at the project have included 10% of the investor's profit and 5% of value added tax (VAT).
This is the selling price of apartments calculated on the floor area, publicly announced according to regulations to ensure transparency in determining social housing prices.

CT1 and CT2 apartment complexes are more than 30 km from the center of Hanoi. The project consists of 4 9-storey buildings, with 1 suspended floor and 1 attic floor, providing a total of 1,076 apartments.
Most of the apartments have an area of 30 m2 to 50 m2, some larger apartments are 70 m2, suitable for workers and young households with social housing needs.
The project is expected to be completed in October 2026. The home purchase registration documents were received from August 30 to September 30, according to regulations on subjects, conditions and priority order for buying, renting, and leasing social housing.
The approval of selling prices is expected to contribute to increasing the supply of social housing, meeting the housing needs of people inside and outside Pho Noi Industrial Park, while promoting the development of sustainable housing associated with urban planning in Hung Yen province.
