On March 18, the Department of Construction of Khanh Hoa province said that it had announced information about real estate service business organizations registered to operate in the area.
Accordingly, the whole province currently has 4 real estate trading floors that meet the conditions for registration to operate, including: M22 Real Estate Trading Floor, Tropika Land Real Estate Trading Floor, Dac Sinh Real Estate Trading Floor and Eco Gia Khang Real Estate Trading Floor.
Notably, the number of personnel with real estate brokerage certificates at these exchanges is very limited, ranging from 1 to 4 people per unit.
The exchanges are all headquartered in wards in the Nha Trang area.
In addition, the Department of Construction also announced a real estate brokerage service business organization, MyVietHome Co., Ltd., with 2 personnel, of which only 1 person has a brokerage practice certificate.
Previously, in June 2025, the Department of Construction of Khanh Hoa province issued a document requesting organizations and individuals operating in the real estate sector to urgently declare information and complete legal conditions according to the provisions of the Real Estate Business Law of 2023 and Decree 96/2024.
Businesses, exchanges and individual brokers who do not meet sufficient conditions such as not registering for operation, lacking professional certificates or not ensuring personnel requirements must quickly supplement and complete.
Violations will be strictly handled according to regulations, including suspension of operations.
For individuals practicing brokerage, it is mandatory to have a valid certificate and are only allowed to operate within the framework of legal organizations. Cases of practicing freely or using expired certificates will be considered for handling according to legal regulations.
To improve management efficiency, the Department of Construction of Khanh Hoa province has implemented the form of information declaration via QR code.
All organizations and individuals operating in the real estate sector must complete the declaration before July 10, 2025.
Data after updating will be put into the management system to serve inspection and examination work, as well as information retrieval and comparison when necessary.
