On May 16, the Department of Construction of Khanh Hoa province said that the Provincial Housing and Apartment Management Center has issued a document inviting organizations and units to participate in surveying and determining the estimated rental price of land use rights and exploitation of public assets for 105 houses and land facilities in the province.
According to the Housing and Apartment Management Center, the survey and estimation of rental unit prices is to serve the implementation of the plan to manage and exploit public housing and land headquarters assigned annually according to regulations.
The Center requests organizations with consulting and valuation functions to pay attention to participating in consulting, surveying and estimating rental unit prices, as a basis for building a consulting package to determine prices.
Participating units must ensure sufficient operating conditions according to legal regulations, and at the same time send capacity dossiers to the Khanh Hoa Provincial Housing and Apartment Management Center.
For valuation units, the Center requires that the valuation must be carried out in accordance with technical standards and professional standards according to the Vietnamese Price Appraisal Standards system.
The consulting and appraisal unit is not allowed to disclose customer records and information without consent; at the same time, it is responsible before the law for the accuracy, truthfulness, and objectivity of the consulting results and is responsible for explaining and protecting the appraisal results performed by the unit.
According to the announced list, the 105 land and house facilities this time include many apartments at apartment building No. 9 Nguyen Thien Thuat, apartment building A Cho Dam and land and house facilities in Nha Trang, Tay Nha Trang, Bac Nha Trang and Phan Rang wards.
The list also includes the headquarters of the Traditional Medicine Hospital, the old Phan Rang - Thap Cham City Civil Judgment Enforcement Sub-Department and the old Ninh Thuan Provincial Social Insurance headquarters.
