On June 21, Five Star Group organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the two complexes of Five Star Odyssey International 5-star Apartment - Hotel in Vung Tau City (Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province).
Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Van Duoc - Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee; Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To - Deputy Minister of Public Security; Mr. Nguyen Trung Khanh - Director of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism; leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, departments and branches in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.
With a total estimated investment of more than VND10,000 billion, the Five Star Odyssey and Five Star Poseidon projects on Thuy Van Street (Bai Sau, Vung Tau City) are not only large real estate projects for resort tourism in the area, but also symbolic architectural works, contributing to reshaping the appearance of coastal urban areas in the coming time.
It is expected that after 30-36 months of construction, the two projects will be completed and put into operation.
According to Mr. Nguyen Trung Khanh, the implementation of the two groups in Vung Tau City has contributed to concretizing the Resolution of the Politburo on socio-economic development and ensuring national defense and security in the Southeast region, with the orientation of developing Vung Tau City into a high-quality, international-class tourism center.
"I believe that when completed and put into operation, the project will be an ideal destination for resort tourism, health care, MICE... with many high-class amenities and services; becoming a new, luxurious symbol of Vung Tau City in the future," said Mr. Khanh.
On this occasion, Five Star Group also participated in socializing the infrastructure by starting two pedestrian tunnels across Thuy Van Street to the sea, at 57-59 and 165 Thuy Van. Thereby contributing to the development of coastal transport infrastructure, creating conditions for people and tourists to move safely, conveniently and synchronously with the new urban development space.
