On June 29, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center started the resettlement area construction project in Tam Phuoc ward, Bien Hoa city to serve the resettlement arrangement for the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway project.
The resettlement area in Tam Phuoc ward is the third resettlement area in the province to be started to serve the resettlement arrangement for households in the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway project area, the section passing through Dong Nai province.
The resettlement area in Tam Phuoc ward has an investment area for infrastructure construction of more than 31 hectares.
According to the plan, after completion of construction, this resettlement area will be allocated about 1,280 adjacent plots of land to serve the resettlement of households.
At the same time, arrange land funds for future housing development with an area of about 1.1 hectares and land funds to invest in the construction of other social security works to serve residents in the inner area and residents of surrounding areas such as: educational works; trade, services; green parks...
The resettlement area construction project in Tam Phuoc ward has a total investment of about 643 billion VND, will basically complete the construction of technical infrastructure and hand over resettlement land to people in December 2025.
The entire project will be completed and handed over in 2028.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Mai Phong Phu - Director of the Land Fund Development Center of Dong Nai province said that this is an urgent and especially important project to serve the resettlement of the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway project with the criteria that the new place must be at least equal to or better than the old place.
