Roofing nearly 300 social housing units for households in the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway project area

    Dong Nai - An Hung Phat Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company has topped out nearly 300 social housing units for households on the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway.

    On June 3, An Hung Phat Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company topped out the social housing block of the Phuoc Tan Ward Resettlement and Resettlement Project, Bien Hoa City.

    The above project has an area of about 4 hectares, the scale after adjustment is 1,500 apartments and is divided into 3 phases. In which, phase 1 is block A with 275 apartments, which has completed the rough construction, 2 months ahead of schedule.

    The project is currently entering the completion stage to ensure that customers will have a house to hand over to them in December 2025.

    The project arranges accommodation for households that have been cleared to implement the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway project, which does not meet the resettlement conditions.
