On June 2, according to information from the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, up to now, the center has completed the inventory of 68 enterprises, of which 49 enterprises signed to confirm the inventory minutes. The total area of land that has been cleared in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park is nearly 46 hectares.
According to the People's Committee of Dong Nai province, the priority area for site clearance and resettlement support for the project to convert the function of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park (Bien Hoa city) has a total area of about 154 hectares and is scheduled to progress until August 25, 2025.
The Provincial Land Fund Development Center has coordinated with the People's Committee of Bien Hoa City to issue 68 notices of land recovery for 68 companies still operating in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park; coordinate with the People's Committee of An Binh Ward to send notices to each company and enterprise according to regulations.
Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park is the oldest industrial park in Vietnam, established in 1963 under the name Bien Hoa Industrial Park. After 1975, Bien Hoa Industrial Park changed its name to Bien Hoa Industrial Park 1.
