On April 23, the Provincial People's Committee issued a decision approving the 1/2,000 scale construction zoning plan for Long Duc 3 industrial park in Long Duc commune and Loc An commune (Long Thanh district).
According to this decision, Long Duc 3 Industrial Park has a planning area of over 244 hectares. This is a modern industrial park, focusing on sustainable development factors, especially environmental protection, energy-saving use and renewable energy integration to minimize negative impacts on the surrounding environment.
Long Duc 3 Industrial Park is a multi-industry industrial park aiming at the ecological industrial park model, focusing on attracting industries with modern technology, environmentally friendly, prioritizing high-tech and supporting industries.
The zoning plan for the construction of Long Duc 3 Industrial Park aims to concretize the provincial planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050. At the same time, reasonably allocate functional areas, plan internal traffic systems, water supply and drainage, electricity supply, etc.
From there, it will serve as a basis for implementing detailed planning projects, selecting and attracting investment, and as a legal basis for implementing planning management, attracting investment, building and trading industrial park infrastructure.
