The project has a planned land area of about 17,223 m2, with a population of about 3,078 people. In which, social housing works meet about 1,062 apartments, including 3 social housing buildings with a height of 20 above-ground floors.
The total investment capital of the project is more than 1,400 billion VND. Of which, the investor's contributed capital is more than 281 billion VND, accounting for 20%, and the rest is mobilized capital.
Project operating term: 50 years from the date of approval of the investment policy and assignment to the investor.
Project implementation progress: 48 months from the date of approval of the investment policy and assignment to the investor.
