Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision on supporting funding to organize the 2026 festival.
The decision clearly states supporting communes and wards with 14.6 billion VND to organize festivals in 2026 (activities to restore and promote the value of traditional festivals to arouse patriotism, national pride, maintain unique and typical cultural values, meeting the spiritual life of the people).
Provincial budget for festival organization has been allocated in the 2026 estimate.
People's Committees of communes and wards promote the use of socialized sources in organizing festivals, using their own budget and provincial budget support to spend on organizing festivals in 2026 to ensure thrift, efficiency, and avoid loss and waste. Payment and finalization of funds supported by the provincial budget in accordance with current legal regulations.
The specific list of support is as follows:
1. Tay Yen Tu Festival, Tay Yen Tu commune is supported with 2.3 billion VND.
2. Lim Festival, Tien Du commune is supported with 2.3 billion VND.
3. Yen The Festival, Yen The commune is supported with 2.3 billion VND.
4. Sloonghao Singing Festival and Tan Son Highland Market, Tan Son commune are supported with 1.7 billion VND.
5. Festival and announcement of the Decision recognizing safe zone communes during the resistance war against France, Song Lieu ward is supported with 1 billion VND.
6. Vinh Nghiem Pagoda Festival, Tan An ward is supported with 1 billion VND.
7. Bo Da Pagoda Festival, Van Ha ward is supported with 1 billion VND.
8. Nhu Nguyet Victory Festival, Tam Giang commune is supported with 500 million VND.
9. Cao Lo Vuong Festival, Cao Duc commune is supported with 500 million VND.
10. Thap Dinh Festival, Dong Cuu commune is supported with 500 million VND.
11. An Chau Swimming Festival, Son Dong commune is supported with 500 million VND.
12. Than Nong Temple Festival, Cam Ly commune is supported with 500 million VND.
13. Open Forest Gate Festival, Kep commune is supported with 500 million VND.
Bac Ninh is a locality with many traditional festivals, including many large festivals of regional and national scale.
