According to this locality, after discovering the violating construction, the People's Committee of Tanh Linh district directed an inspection, prepared a dossier and issued a decision to sanction administrative violations against Mr. C.T.S's illegal construction works; directed the professional sector and the People's Committee of Gia An commune to organize mobilization and persuasion for Mr. S to voluntarily dismantle the violating construction works. However, the inspection and preparation of documents to issue decisions to sanction administrative violations against Mr. S were not in accordance with legal regulations and the propaganda and mobilization of self-dismantling had not been effective, leading to a complicated and prolonged case.
After the District People's Committee received the opinions of the provincial specialized departments and branches on the dossier of handling administrative violations on the field of construction for Mr. S and Tanh Linh district, continued to direct professional departments and the People's Committee of the commune to urgently review the administrative violation dossier and advise the Chairman of the District People's Committee to handle violations to ensure the law.
Up to now, the district's specialized sectors have coordinated to inspect and prepare records of land law violations and are advising the Chairman of the District People's Committee to issue a decision to apply remedial measures for the consequences of the expiration of the penalty according to the law.
After the Chairman of the District People's Committee issued a Decision to apply remedial measures; the District People's Committee will continue to direct the implementation of procedures and order according to the provisions of law to organize the demolition of illegal constructions.
