Tan Duc Industrial Park (IP) in Tan Minh Commune (Lam Dong) was approved by the Prime Minister for investment with an area of 300 hectares, with a total registered capital of 1,200 billion VND. The project affects 222 households, individuals and organizations.
According to the Management Board of Lam Dong Industrial Parks, up to now, the authorities have approved the compensation and support plan for 293 hectares, reaching 97.72%. About 7 hectares have not been approved, mainly residential land and agricultural land in residential areas.

The resettlement area has completed essential infrastructure such as roads, lighting, clean water and is completing procedures to arrange for households.
The investor of Tan Duc Industrial Park has basically completed the infrastructure of phase 1, reaching about 90% of the volume, including roads, trees, pumping stations, water supply and drainage systems, wastewater treatment plants and lighting.

Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai requested the early completion of compensation and site clearance, especially the intersection connecting the project with National Highway 1A.
He requested the Land Fund Development Center to urgently complete the dossier, coordinate with the People's Committee of Tan Minh commune to appraise, approve and pay compensation for the remaining area; and at the same time, mobilize people to hand over the site.

Relevant units are required to speed up the progress of building Tan Duc Industrial Park infrastructure according to the license.
The inauguration ceremony of phase 1 is expected to be an event to celebrate the Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
