The Tan Duc Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment, Construction and Business Project in Tan Minh Commune, Lam Dong Province has a scale of 300 hectares, with a total investment of 1,360 billion VND.
On July 26, the People's Committee of Tan Minh commune, Lam Dong province, said that the investor had basically completed about 90% of the construction volume of phase 1 of the project. The compensation and resettlement plan has approved a compensation and support plan of 97.53%, with an amount of more than 544 billion VND. Of which, 191 households and individuals have received compensation and support. There are 21 households that have not agreed to receive support with an area of 3.36 hectares.
The resettlement area for households has an area of about 2 hectares. Currently, the resettlement area has completed construction items such as: Internal roads; electricity and water... The authorities are completing legal procedures to arrange resettlement for households.
Regarding land lease, the Tan Duc Industrial Park project has been decided by the Provincial People's Committee to lease land to the investor for 3 phases with a total area of 288.51 hectares, reaching 96.17% of the total land area.
In the first 7 months of 2025, the project's infrastructure investment value reached about VND 273 billion, equivalent to 48.67% of the annual plan. The accumulated investment capital has been about 900 billion VND.
Currently, the project has attracted 1 domestic investment project with a total registered capital of 100 billion VND, signed a land lease agreement with 7 other projects, with a total registered capital of 1,600 billion VND.
Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Hong Hai suggested that relevant parties coordinate to speed up compensation and clearance of remaining cases. At the same time, promptly invest in power projects to serve Tan Duc Industrial Park in the fourth quarter of 2025.
