Holding the key in her hand, Ms. Truong Thi Van Anh was moved when her wish for a private home after many years of working and saving has now come true.
Buying a house is a big decision for my family. Today receiving the apartment, I am very happy because from now on I have a place to settle down to feel secure in working, taking care of my children and family life" - Ms. Van Anh shared.
According to records, the Hacom Riverside project is built on an area of 16,608m2, including 4 12-story apartment buildings, providing 760 apartments with a total floor area of about 66,560m2, meeting the living needs of more than 1,870 residents.
The apartments have diverse areas, designed in the direction of optimizing function, taking advantage of natural light and ventilation.
The project is also arranged with green trees, flower gardens, children's playgrounds, sports training areas, parking lots and daily living amenities.
Previously, at the end of June 2026, the Golden Square Lao Cai social housing project in Cam Duong ward put phase 1 into operation with 638 apartments. This is currently one of the largest social housing projects in Lao Cai province.
Standing in a 65m2 apartment just receiving the key, Mr. Do Duy Cuong could not hide his emotion.

At the social housing project in the left bank of the Red River, Lao Cai ward, with a scale of more than 700 apartments, demand was already very large even before the project was completed.
For social housing projects in residential areas adjacent to road B6 and some projects preparing to be implemented, the number of registered applications is forecast to be 2-3 times higher than the total number of apartments sold.
Over the past time, the Trade Union Committee of Industrial Parks has directed 50 grassroots trade unions at enterprises to review the housing and social housing needs of workers. At the same time, mobilize enterprises to pay attention to and support housing for workers.
According to Mr. Ly Binh Minh - Vice Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Council, the adoption by the Provincial People's Council of Resolution No. 49 on the Housing Development Program of Lao Cai province for the period 2021 - 2030 is the result of a thorough review and survey process.
