Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Council passed Resolution 51/NQ-HDND dated August 25, 2025 on the application of legal resolutions of the People's Councils of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces before arrangement in Tuyen Quang province.
In particular, continue to apply Resolution 13/2021/NQ-HDND dated December 20, 2021 promulgating Regulations on collection rates, collection subjects, collection, payment, management and use regimes for a number of fees and charges in the field of natural resources and environment applied in the old Tuyen Quang province.
Specifically:
Along with that, continue to apply Resolution 38/2024/NQ-HDND dated December 30, 2024 regulating fees for appraisal of dossiers for granting Land Use Rights and Property Ownership of Assets Attached to Land in Ha Giang province (old) and Resolution 41/2024/NQ-HDND dated December 30, 2024 regulating fees for granting Land Use Rights and Property Ownership of Assets Attached to Land in Ha Giang province (old).
Specifically:
Subjects exempted from fee payment:
a) Poor households, the elderly, people with disabilities, people with revolutionary contributions, ethnic minorities in communes and villages with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions.
b) In case of compensation for land, resettlement land is allocated when the State reclaims the land by carrying out registration and issuance procedures for a Certificate.
c) In case the land user donates land use rights to the State or residential communities or widens traffic routes.
d) Rectify incorrect information on records and Certificates due to errors of State agencies; edit information on Certificates when changing information on administrative units, separating or merging administrative boundaries.
The above resolutions are applied until December 31, 2025.
