The auctioned land has an area of over 66,400m2, and the land acquisition has been completed. The starting price for auctioning land use rights and assets attached to land is over 1,337 billion VND. The auction is by indirect voting.
As a result, Taseco Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company, in Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi City, won the auction with a price of over VND 1,367 billion, VND 30 billion higher than the starting price.

According to the design, the walking street is over 330m long and over 52m wide; including a commercial housing project in the mid-range and high-end segments, expected to have 6 floors with about 174 apartments, with a basement area of 1.9ha for parking space and a commercial service area.
