Cam Khe Industrial Park is located in Cam Khe town and Phong Thinh commune (before merging the administrative unit of Xuong Thinh commune), with a planned area of up to 450 hectares, this is the largest industrial park in Phu Tho province.
The Cam Khe Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment, Construction and Business Project is a key project of Phu Tho province. The total planned area of 450 hectares includes 2 component projects: Road connecting National Highway 32C to the Industrial Park and Pumping Station (22.7 hectares); Investment and business in industrial park infrastructure (427.3 hectares).
According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper in mid-March, Cam Khe Industrial Park currently has many factories in operation, many of which are under construction. Along with that, the large premises have been leveled, ready to welcome the "eagle".

However, to achieve the above, the project to build this industrial park has gone through many difficulties and problems in site clearance. To speed up the site clearance progress, along with promoting propaganda and mobilizing people, thoroughly answering questions and meeting people's wishes within the framework of legal regulations, Cam Khe district has in recent years strongly implemented construction protection and forced land acquisition with many cases of deliberately sluggishness, opposing the State's policies.
According to the latest report of the Land Fund Development Center of Cam Khe district, up to now, 351.52/427.3 hectares of land have been cleared; the Provincial People's Committee has approved the change of land use purpose and allocated land to the investor for an area of 139.5 hectares; is completing the dossier to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval of the change of land purpose in phase 2 with an area of 193.8/211.75 hectares of land that have been cleared.
With an area of 183.4 hectares of " sticky rice and bean", up to now, 182.66 hectares of cleared land have been cleared, the remaining 0.74 hectares of the remaining 10 cases are concentrated in Phong Thinh commune - related to residential land and agricultural land (Phong Thinh Commune People's Committee organizes approval of land origin because these cases do not have land use right certificates) are currently in the process of implementation.
