Regarding the act of the nanny suspected of beating children, Thuan Giao Ward Police are currently verifying and clarifying. The police have invited the related nanny to work to serve the verification work.
Functional forces are urgently clarifying the incident and will have an official report to ensure maximum rights for the children.
According to Thuan Giao Ward People's Committee, the kindergarten facility where the incident occurred has temporarily suspended operations.
L.X Kindergarten has also notified parents about the school's incident, having to work with functional agencies, so the school temporarily stopped operating.
Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper reported that on August 7, 2 clips of children being beaten by nannies at L.X Kindergarten in Thuan Giao ward, Ho Chi Minh City appeared online. Images show a baby girl sitting on the floor in a state of panic, crying loudly, next to her is a woman squatting opposite.
The woman used a rubber band to thread into the legs and then stretched and shot into the soles of the 2 girls' feet. Just as she shot the rubber band, the woman continuously said "be there and cry, don't listen". The incident caused the 2 girls to feel pain and scream. Not stopping there, the woman also used her hand to pat the child's head hard. Then, she carried the baby with one hand.
In another clip, the woman also repeated the above behavior and continuously threatened the child, causing the child to sit and scream among the other children.
