Hung Yen Provincial Department of Construction has just announced information on receiving applications to buy social housing at CT1, CT2 low-income apartment complex under the Pho Noi Industrial Park Housing and Service Area Project, in order to create conditions for people in need to access housing according to regulations.
Accordingly, this phase has 75 apartments for sale, belonging to the 4.5m high apartment type. The selling price of social housing for this type of apartment is 25,788,000 VND/m2 of usable floor. The calculated area does not include the attic, but the selling price includes the allocated investment costs for building the attic.

The time to receive applications for social housing purchase starts from May 8, 2026 and ends on June 7, 2026. In case the deadline expires but the number of applications is not enough compared to the number of apartments expected to be sold, the investor will continue to organize subsequent receptions until all apartments are distributed.
