Mr. Nguyen Trong Phu - Director of Nam Dinh Urban Investment and Development Joint Stock Company - said that the project is currently under construction phase 1 with 2 buildings B and C. To date, the construction progress has reached more than 30% of the volume. It is expected that by the end of this year, 324 apartments in these two buildings will be completed and ready for use.

Currently, there are about 100 workers working continuously at the construction site to ensure progress. Under the early summer sun, items such as processing, tying and bending the foundation are still being urgently deployed.

Mr. Vu Van Thuan (from Nghe An) shared: "These days, our brothers work in shifts to keep up with the progress, mainly processing and bending the foundation part, so it is quite hard, especially in hot weather conditions. We have to take advantage of working early and taking breaks to avoid harsh sunlight, but still try to stick to the construction site, ensuring progress and quality of the project.

The Director of Nam Dinh Urban Investment and Development Joint Stock Company added: "Not only ensuring progress, we also pay special attention to construction quality and accompanying amenities. When completed, the project will not only provide accommodation but also create a civilized and safe living environment with a synchronous technical infrastructure system.

In addition, the development of social housing such as the Bai Vien project also contributes to stabilizing social security, helping workers settle down to feel secure in working for a long time. This is also one of the important orientations of the locality in developing sustainable urban areas, associated with improving the quality of life for people.

According to current statistics, there are 37 social housing projects in Ninh Binh province, of which 8 projects have been completed, 8 projects are under construction and 21 projects have been approved for investment policy.

When completed, the Bai Vien social housing project will become a practical solution to help many low-income people have the opportunity to own houses, gradually realizing the dream of settling down, contributing to promoting socio-economic development in the locality.
