Opening an industrial park on a scale of more than 107ha in Dong Nai

Dong Nai - Dinh Quan Industrial Zone expansion project with an area of more than 107 hectares in La Nga commune.

On January 22, the Management Board of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of Dong Nai province received and is processing dossiers proposing investment policies for the expanded Dinh Quan Industrial Park.

The expanded Dinh Quan Industrial Park project has an area of more than 107 hectares in La Nga commune, Dong Nai province with a progress of implementation including 3 phases.

Phase 1 (from 2026 to 2027), implementing the completion of procedures for investment, land, construction; Phase 2 (from 2028 to 2029), implementing ground leveling and infrastructure system construction (rainwater drainage system, wastewater, roads, electricity system and water distribution pipeline) and phase 3 (from 2030 to 2031), implementing investment in construction of service works, hubs, green trees and expanding centralized wastewater treatment systems, combined with business exploitation.

The project section with an area of more than 107 hectares mentioned above is an extension of the existing Dinh Quan Industrial Park. When implementing this project section, it will connect and share technical infrastructure with the existing Dinh Quan Industrial Park.

Dong Nai currently has 58 industrial parks established and Hoa Lu Economic Zone established in phase 1; 1 high-tech park partially established. Of which 43 industrial parks are operating; 15 industrial parks have been established but have not yet operated.
