Previously, on September 4, at the Conference on Socio-Economic, National Defense and Security in August and 8 months of 2024, Mr. Dang Minh Duc - Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Dong Nai province said: Currently, Dong Nai has not adjusted the land price list according to the provisions of the law on land. The current land price list will remain unchanged until the end of 2024.
The reason is that in Dong Nai province, there are many constructions and projects that are implementing compensation procedures, site clearance, and land price determination... If we adjust the land price list at this time, we will encounter many obstacles and difficulties.
In 2025, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment will consider proposals to adjust some contents in the 2025 land price list. Accordingly, for areas proposed for adjustment, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment will report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Dong Nai province before promulgation.
