On June 14, recording at Tran Binh Trong street (section from Hung Vuong street to Ly Thai To street), the construction and site clearance atmosphere took place urgently.
Many houses have been completely dismantled, while some other houses after relocation of assets are waiting for dismantling.

The row of houses adjacent to Ly Thai To Park will be completely cleared. On the opposite side, many houses are only recovered a part of their area.
After handing over the land, households are proceeding to repair and renovate the remaining houses to soon stabilize their lives and business operations.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hung - a household living on this road for more than 30 years - said that his family has complied with the handover of the land even though the housing area has to be significantly reduced.
Initially, my family also had many thoughts because we had to dismantle part of the house that we had been attached to for many years. However, when the project was completed, the roads were wide and traffic was more convenient, people all benefited. My family hopes the project will be implemented quickly to soon stabilize life" - Mr. Hung shared.

The Tran Binh Trong road expansion project is about 377 m long, from Hung Vuong street to Ly Thai To street. After completion, the road will reach a road boundary of 23 m, in which the road surface will be expanded from the existing 5 m to 15 m, meeting 4 lanes for traffic; sidewalks on both sides are 4 m wide.
In addition to expanding the road surface, the project also includes many synchronous items such as upgrading the drainage system, paving sidewalks with granite, undergrounding the power grid and telecommunications system.
To implement the project, functional agencies recovered land from 116 cases, of which 97 cases were subject to full clearance.
The total investment of the project is more than 985 billion VND. Of which, construction and consulting costs are more than 40 billion VND, and most of the remaining capital is for compensation, support and resettlement.

According to the plan, the project will be completed in September 2026. When put into operation, the road is expected to contribute to reducing traffic pressure for Hung Vuong, Ly Thai To, Le Hong Phong roads and neighboring routes, while improving drainage capacity, improving urban landscape and the quality of life of people in the area...
Mr. Huynh Van Tam - Chairman of Vuon Lai Ward People's Committee - said that site clearance is expected to be completed in July 2026. After having clean ground, construction units will focus manpower and equipment to accelerate progress, striving to complete the project before September 2, 2026.
