At the CT-05 social housing project, the number of apartments for sale is 89 units, the area of apartments ranges from 56.12 m2 to 68.38 m2. Similarly, the CT-06 social housing project also opened for sale 89 apartments. The selling price of social housing at the CT-05 project is 14,603,319 VND/m2. Accordingly, the selling price of each apartment at the CT-05 project ranges from more than 819 million VND to more than 998 million VND. Proactively dismantling violating works on agricultural land in Hai Phong
Implementing the direction of the People's Committee of Cat Hai Special Zone (Hai Phong) on strengthening land management, construction order and handling of violating works on agricultural land, the household of Mr. Vu Van Q and the household of Mrs. Vu Thi Th in village 1 Viet Hai voluntarily dismantled illegal works on agricultural land.
Previously, through inspection, functional agencies determined that the works of the 2 households were built on agricultural land, not in accordance with the land use purpose according to the provisions of law. After being propagated, mobilized and guided, the households proactively organized the dismantling of the works.

Thanh Hoa extends the Dong Bong - Dong Sac housing project in Nam Sam Son
On June 28, Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee said that the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision to extend the land use progress for 24 months for the Housing Area Project in the Dong Bong - Dong Sac resettlement area, Nam Sam Son ward.
The project is implemented by a joint venture of Son Trang Construction Joint Stock Company (leading) and Thanh Minh Construction and Technical Services Joint Stock Company, and is determined to have a delayed commissioning area of 14,311 m2.
