On June 27, information from the People's Committee of Nghe An province said that the province has just issued an official dispatch directing the implementation of Conclusion No. 132-KL/TU of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, requesting to focus on thoroughly handling prolonged backlog projects, avoiding waste of resources and ensuring people's rights.

Ca Mau still has 238 redundant headquarters and land that have not been exploited
After arranging administrative units, Ca Mau province has 1,381 houses and land facilities that are working headquarters and non-business establishments, including 583 facilities of Bac Lieu province (old) and 798 facilities of Ca Mau province (old).
According to the arrangement plan approved by competent authorities, 1,072 facilities continue to be arranged for agencies, units, and localities to use; the remaining 309 facilities are surplus assets, accounting for about 22.4%.
Currently, the whole province still has 238 redundant houses and land facilities that need to be further processed according to the plan of the Provincial People's Committee and the plan approved by competent authorities.
Lao Cai promulgates framework for social housing rental prices from 24,400 VND/m2
On June 26, the Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee signed Decision No. 2256/QD-UBND promulgating the framework price for social housing, worker accommodation in industrial parks, public housing and the framework price for apartment building management and operation services in the province.
According to the decision, the social housing rental price framework is built according to each type, project scale and number of floors, with levels ranging from 24,400 VND to 260,700 VND/m2/month. See more...
