Enforced land recovery for 7 households to serve urban embellishment project in Hai Phong
On June 16, the Land Recovery Enforcement Board of Duong Kinh ward (Hai Phong) organized land recovery enforcement to implement the urban embellishment project in Hai Phong residential area.
The Duong Kinh Ward Land Recovery Enforcement Board organizes the enforcement of land recovery for 7 households and individuals within the scope of the Urban Embellishment Project in Hai Phong residential area. The enforcement is carried out according to the Land Recovery Enforcement Decisions of the Chairman of Duong Kinh Ward People's Committee and the Enforcement Plan approved in Decision No. 622/QD-UBND dated June 5, 2026.
New regulations on building individual houses from July 1, 2026
The Government has just issued Decree No. 207/2026/ND-CP dated June 15, 2026, detailing a number of articles of the Construction Law on quality management, construction and maintenance of construction works. The Decree takes effect from July 1, 2026.
Accordingly, for individual houses that simultaneously have the following criteria: under 3 floors, without a basement, with a total floor area of less than 250 m2, and a height of less than 12 m, the homeowner is allowed to self-organize the construction design of the house. For individual houses under 7 floors or with 1 basement, except for the cases specified in point a above, the design must be carried out by organizations and individuals with expertise and experience in accordance with the law.
Review of 8 communes and wards in Thanh Hoa due to late reporting of land use projects
On June 16, information from the Office of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee said that this agency has just issued a document requesting departments, branches, People's Committees of communes and wards, and units assigned to monitor projects and investors to urgently rectify, strengthen management, strictly implement contracts, approve investment policies and approve investors for projects using land.
Accordingly, the Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee requested the People's Committees of communes and wards including: Hac Thanh, Nguyet Vien, Dong Tien, Sam Son, Tien Trang, Ngoc Lac, Hoang Hoa and Hoang Thanh to organize serious reviews and clarify the responsibilities of collectives and individuals involved in the delay or failure to send written reports on the situation of land use investment projects in the managed area.
The results of the review must be summarized and reported to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee before June 25, 2026.
Deadline for completing the arrangement of public service units and schools under the Ministry of Construction
The Ministry of Construction has just issued Decision No. 930/QD-BXD dated June 16, 2026 on the Key State Administrative Reform Plan for the period 2026 - 2030 of the Ministry of Construction.
Regarding some specific targets, in the period 2026 - 2027, complete the arrangement of non-business units, schools, medical facilities, and state-owned enterprises under the Ministry of Construction according to regulations. Build and complete common digital platforms under the management scope of the Ministry and put them into uniform use from central to local levels according to the plan. Ensure that 100% of agencies and units under the Ministry of Construction reach level 3 of maturity in data management.
