The family of Mr. Nguyen Van Tam (50 years old, Tan Chau village, Chu Phan commune, Me Linh) has 300 square meters of land subject to recovery to serve the construction of the Hanoi Ring Road 4 project.
After the policy of giving up land for the Ring Road 4 project, Mr. Tam's family took the lead in receiving land and starting construction of houses in the resettlement area.
The 180m2 plot of land that Mr. Tam's family received at the resettlement area of Tan Chau village (Chu Phan commune) is spacious, airy and beautiful, only a 2-minute walk from Me Linh street.
After 4 months of construction, the 2-storey house project with a budget of over 1 billion VND has basically completed the rough construction. It is expected that by November, Mr. Tam's family will move to the new house and hand over the old residence to the route.
"The infrastructure of the resettlement area is spacious and fully equipped, so we are very excited and feel secure in settling down," said Mr. Tam.
Similarly, the family of Mr. Nguyen Van Duc (63 years old) was also one of the first households in Tan Chau village to agree to the compensation plan, handing over more than 300 square meters of land to the project.
After drawing lots for resettlement sites, Mr. Duc's family started building a house to soon stabilize their lives.
Pointing to the two-story house under construction on a 180m2 plot of land in the resettlement area of Tan Chau village, Mr. Duc said he was very excited, hoping that life would change a lot in the new settlement.
According to Lao Dong on September 24, a series of high-rise buildings with modern architecture are being built close together in the resettlement area of Tan Chau village (Chu Phan commune).
Not far away, the resettlement area of Noi Dong village (Dai Thinh commune) also has a new look with a series of solid and spacious houses of the residents.
Infrastructure items such as roads, sidewalks, tree planting, and lighting systems in the resettlement area have been basically completed.
To carry out the work of clearing residential land for households, the People's Committee of Me Linh district has invested in building 3 resettlement areas with a total area of nearly 15 hectares.
Of which, the resettlement area in Khe Ngoai 2 village, Van Khe commune has a scale of 7.74 hectares; the resettlement area in Noi Dong village, Dai Thinh commune has a scale of 2.38 hectares and the resettlement area in Tan Chau village, Chu Phan commune has a scale of 4.69 hectares.
All 3 resettlement areas are located in beautiful locations, convenient for transportation, near schools, and near administrative centers. The infrastructure of the resettlement areas is built synchronously like mini urban areas with full amenities, meeting the basic needs of the people.
