According to the detailed price list that has been announced, the selling price of each apartment including VAT and maintenance fees will be in the range of more than 238 million VND to nearly 496 million VND depending on the location and specific area.
The official time for receiving applications to buy houses is set from March 27 and ends on April 27.
The subjects eligible to register to buy houses this time are very specific, including 10 groups of subjects specified in Article 76 of the 2023 Housing Law. The investor will prioritize consideration for those who are renting apartments in blocks E1 and E2 of the project. Registered people must meet the condition that they do not have houses owned by individuals in Da Nang city or have houses but the average area per household is less than 15m2 of floor. These subjects must have never enjoyed housing and land support policies in any form in the city.
Specifically, single people must have a monthly income of no more than 20 million VND, while the total income of both husband and wife must not exceed 40 million VND per month. For cases of officers or professional soldiers, the average monthly income of the applicant must not exceed 2.0 times the total income of officers with the rank of Colonel.
In case the number of valid dossiers exceeds the number of apartments for sale, the investor will coordinate with functional agencies to organize a public draw. The draw process will be closely supervised by representatives of the Da Nang City Department of Construction, local authorities and police agencies to ensure transparency. Subjects who are single women or people with meritorious services to the revolution will be considered for application of priority criteria in accordance with current legal regulations.
