On January 21, Phu Cat Commune People's Committee said that after receiving a report from Phu Cat Commune People's Committee on illegal land subdivision, infrastructure construction, and land plot separation on Long Phu tea land, Mr. Dam Cong Loi - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Commune People's Council, along with Mr. Ngo Van Tuyen - Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Quang Dong - Head of the Commune Police directly inspected the reality in the area of Hamlet 3, Long Phu village.
Through inspection, it was discovered that some subjects arbitrarily built concrete roads, planted boundary markers and divided them into many small plots of land on land originating from contracting from Long Phu Tea Joint Stock Company.
At the same time, these subjects posted information advertising land plots for sale on social networks, posing many risks of violating land laws and complicating the security and order situation in the locality.
Mr. Dam Cong Loi - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Commune People's Council requested the Commune People's Committee, Commune Police and professional departments to urgently coordinate in inspecting, verifying, and clarifying relevant organizations and individuals; resolutely and strictly handle violations in accordance with the law.
Mr. Loi also emphasized the strengthening of propaganda and advising people not to purchase, sell, or transfer land plots that do not meet legal conditions, especially land plots arising from illegal land division, in order to prevent risks and ensure order and discipline in land management in the commune.
Previously, immediately after discovering the situation, the Commune People's Committee inspected the reality and issued a notice about the content and it was widely posted for people inside and outside the locality to know.
The inspection shows the determination of the Party Committee and government of Phu Cat commune in tightening land management, promptly preventing violations, contributing to building a stable, rich, beautiful and civilized locality.
