Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the infrastructure construction project of Hai Phong concentrated residential area, former Hai Hau district (now Hai An commune, new Ninh Binh province).
According to the decision, the project has a land use area of about 5.5ha; Hai An Commune People's Committee is the investor.
The goal of the project is to form a concentrated residential area contributing to population adjustment, creating a land fund to meet people's housing needs and revenue for the state budget to invest in infrastructure projects in the province.
The project is synchronously invested in technical infrastructure systems, including ground leveling; construction of 10 planned traffic routes; rainwater and wastewater drainage system; green campus; domestic water supply and fire prevention and fighting system; construction of power lines, transformer stations; lighting... In which, the centralized wastewater treatment system has a capacity of 85m3/day and night.
The project has a total investment of 93 billion VND, with implementation time from 2026 to 2028.
Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee assigned Hai An Commune People's Committee to be responsible for organizing project management, carrying out site clearance according to regulations and implementing the next steps to ensure the correct legal procedures for construction investment.
