Ninh Binh spends more than 120 billion VND to build 2 resettlement areas to serve key roads

Ninh Binh has just approved more than 120 billion VND to build 2 resettlement areas to serve site clearance for Thanh Liem - Cao Bo road (Axis T4).

Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee has just issued decisions approving the project to build technical infrastructure for Yen Nghia resettlement area, Tan Minh commune and the project to build technical infrastructure for Phu Giao resettlement area, Phong Doanh commune; serving site clearance (GPMB) for the Thanh Liem - Cao Bo road construction investment project (Axis T4).

According to the decision, the project has a total investment of 72 billion VND, invested by Tan Minh Commune People's Committee as the project investor. The project belongs to level III technical infrastructure, group C project, and will be implemented in 2026.

The project is invested in building synchronous technical infrastructure on an area of more than 4.1ha in Tan Minh commune, creating a resettlement land fund to serve households affected by the Thanh Liem - Cao Bo road project (Axis T4), and at the same time contributing to accelerating the progress of the province's key transportation project.

For the Phu Giao Resettlement Area technical infrastructure construction project, Phong Doanh commune has a total investment of 51.6 billion VND, from compensation, support, and resettlement costs of the Thanh Liem - Cao Bo road construction investment project (Axis T4). The project belongs to group C, is a level IV technical infrastructure project, implemented on an area of about 3.1ha in Phong Doanh commune.

The investment in building the resettlement area aims to create a land fund with synchronous technical infrastructure, meeting the requirements of arranging resettlement for households subject to relocation to implement the Thanh Liem - Cao Bo road construction investment project (Axis T4), contributing to ensuring the rights and stabilizing people's lives and accelerating the progress of the province's key transportation project.
