OCD An Thuan Phat Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 108 plots of land in the technical infrastructure area serving people to build houses, creating capital to build new rural areas in Dong Thanh commune, Kim Dong district (now Nghia Dan commune), Hung Yen province.

The land lots have an area of 71 to 247m2, the total area of the auctioned land is 13,933m2. The starting price ranges from 18.7 to 32.5 million VND/m2, equivalent to more than 1.6 billion VND to more than 6.3 billion VND per plot of land.
The total starting price of the property is 310,954,222,000 VND, excluding taxes, fees, charges and other financial obligations related to the transfer of land use rights that the auction winner must pay according to regulations.
The auction method is a direct secret ballot in one round for each plot of land, the auction method is the form of bidding up.
The application fee and registration fee range from 200,000 to 300,000 VND per department. The deposit is up to 20% of the starting price of each plot of land.
The auction documents will be sold and received from 8:00 a.m. on September 24, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on October 8, 2025 during office hours at the headquarters of OCD An Thuan Phat Joint Stock Auction Company.
The auction took place on October 11, 2025, at the Cultural House of Toan Tien village, Nghia Dan commune, Hung Yen province. Customers will check in from 7:30 and the auction will start at 8:30.
