Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the adjustment of investment policy for the project to build a concentrated residential area in Hong Thuan commune, former Giao Thuy district (now Giao Hoa commune, Ninh Binh province).
According to the decision, the resettlement target is added to the project's objectives. Adjusting the total investment to increase from more than 125 billion VND to more than 131 billion VND.

Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee assigned Giao Hoa Commune People's Committee to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to complete the project feasibility study report, submit it to competent authorities to decide on project investment in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Public Investment and relevant laws; at the same time, organize project implementation according to regulations, not allowing outstanding basic construction debts to arise. In addition, accelerate progress to soon complete the project and put the land fund into operation, creating revenue for the provincial budget.
The Department of Construction presides over and coordinates with relevant agencies and units to guide and urge Giao Hoa Commune People's Committee to complete project dossiers and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
