Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision to adjust and transfer the investors of projects to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center.
According to the decision, the Provincial People's Committee adjusted and transferred the investors of 40 projects, including: 6 projects invested by the Urban Development and Land Fund Management Board of Region 1 and 34 projects invested by the Urban Development and Land Fund Management Board of Region 2 previously to the Ninh Binh Provincial Land Fund Development Center.
The list of relocation projects mainly belongs to the fields of technical infrastructure, compensation, support and resettlement.
Some typical projects include: Component project 1, compensation, support, resettlement, site clearance in the old Duy Tien town area under the project to invest in building the eastern service road of the Cau Gie - Ninh Binh expressway, the section from Vuc Vong intersection to Phu Thu intersection and renovating the landscape infrastructure adjacent to the Cau Gie - Ninh Binh expressway; investing in building technical infrastructure for the land use right auction area in Tan Thanh town (BT4 plot, BT12 plot according to the general urban construction plan of Thanh Liem district town), old Thanh Liem district; building technical infrastructure for the Resettlement Area in Kenh village, Thanh Nghi commune, Thanh Liem district; renovating the landscape along the T4 economic belt road in Thanh Liem district, Ha Nam province;...
Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Construction, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Department of Industry and Trade and relevant agencies and units, based on their functions, tasks, authority and management scope, to proactively guide, urge, and supervise units to carry out procedures for transferring investors of projects to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
Ninh Binh Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 3 and the Provincial Land Fund Development Center are fully responsible before the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, before supervisory, inspection, examination, audit agencies and before the law for the list of projects (including the number, name and project information) proposing to transfer investors.
