According to the decision, the province strives to develop and meet the total demand of 98,304 units of groups entitled to social housing support policies; striving to complete at least about 71,576 units, equivalent to about 4.424 million m2 of floor space. In which, general social housing for low-income groups, equivalent to about 47,830 units; housing for the people's armed forces, equivalent to about 6,417 units; worker accommodation for rent, equivalent to about 17,329 units.
To achieve this goal, the land area for social housing development is expected to be about 361.7 ha, including land fund for worker dormitories and housing for the armed forces.
