On April 18, the Department of Construction of Da Nang City said that this unit has issued notices on adjusting the income conditions for purchasing social housing for projects in Land Area No. 5 (Zone B, Nam Cau Cam Le) and the Dai Dia Bao low-income apartment project.
According to new regulations based on Decree 136/2026/ND-CP, the actual income threshold for employees is significantly relaxed. Specifically, single people with an income not exceeding 25 million VND/month, single people raising young children not exceeding 35 million VND, and households with a total income not exceeding 50 million VND are eligible for registration. The time to determine income is calculated in 12 consecutive months from the time the competent authority confirms the dossier.
Dai Dia Bao project (Son Tra ward) is invested by Duc Manh - 579 Joint Venture, building block C currently provides 237 apartments for sale. In addition, the project allocates 28 kiosks on the 1st floor for business leasing in a total scale of 739 9-story apartments. Application submission time is from May 5 to the end of June 5 at Vinh Trung Plaza Building.
The project at Apartment Area No. 5 in Zone B - Nam Cau Cam Le of Toan Cau Company also adjusts corresponding income conditions. The Department of Construction requires people when registering for these projects to replace the old form with Form No. 01 attached to Decree 136/2026/ND-CP. Other dossier components remain unchanged according to previous regulations.
