On the morning of September 19, Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee held a press conference to inform about the preparation for the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
4 pillars of growth in the coming time
At the press conference, Mr. Tran Hoa Nam - Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee shared some contents on economic growth and removing obstacles and unlocking resources in the coming period.
After merging the old Ninh Thuan province with Khanh Hoa province, Mr. Tran Hoa Nam assessed that the locality has opened up a large development space in the next phase.
The locality also sets a double-digit economic growth target with specific solutions.
Resolution No. 01-NQ/TU of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee on double-digit economic growth in the period of 2025 - 2030 with the goal of soon turning Khanh Hoa province into a centrally-governed city by 2030.
The Resolution has set out 4 specific goals with tasks and solutions, focusing on 4 pillars of economic growth momentum and unblocking 3 bottlenecks to create growth momentum for the province's economy.
Mr. Tran Hoa Nam cited the advantages of urban development. To date, corporations and investors have been interested in and implemented key projects.
The above investment attraction is a long process. In addition, the province also has Resolution 09 of the Politburo as a orientation before issuing important plans.
From these plans, the locality has attracted investors and implemented specific projects, such as Doc Da Trang Industrial Park and Ninh Xuan Industrial Park...
Khanh Hoa province is also adjusting the land use target of industrial parks in the direction of increasing to suit the development process...

Work with investors to remove legal obstacles
Regarding the difficulties and remove obstacles for backlogged projects, Mr. Tran Hoa Nam said that up to now, the Central Government has identified the contents and groups of obstacles that need to be handled
Khanh Hoa province has also submitted projects and arrangements to report to the Central Government. The next step is to conduct an inspection and examination to determine violations associated with problems and difficulties.
From these conclusions, the province will develop a solution plan for each project. Khanh Hoa province alone has met and handled two groups of specific problems.
Specifically, problems related to BT projects and residential land projects that do not form residential units. Khanh Hoa province sat with investors to find solutions before making recommendations to the Central Government.
According to Resolution 170 of the National Assembly, Khanh Hoa province is allowed to apply specific mechanisms and policies to handle 11 projects stated in Inspection Conclusion No. 250 of 2020 of the Government Inspectorate.
The review of projects has been completed by Khanh Hoa province. The next step is to notify the investor to determine the land price for continued implementation.
