Sub-Department of Customs Region XVI announced the auction in the form of listing prices for a batch of 30 Apple iPad Gen 5 Wifi tablets (32GB) which are exhibits of administrative violations confiscated, with a starting price of more than 93.9 million VND.
According to the announcement, the entire assets include 30 Apple iPad Gen 5 Wifi tablets (32GB), assembled in China.
The devices are all used, the back and screen are scratched, and the frame is dented in some places. However, the functions are still operating normally, the activation time is from 2017 to 2018.
The technical condition of the asset lot is determined according to the Status Appraisal Certificate No. 26C02GHQ03059-01 dated April 28, 2026 of Vinacontrol Hai Phong.
The lot of assets is sold in bulk in the form of listed prices, not retail. The starting price is 93,906,000 VND, the buyer makes payment by bank transfer.
People in need can view assets until 5:00 PM on July 1, 2026 at the headquarters of Customs Sub-Department Area XVI, Vo Nguyen Giap street, Thuc Phan ward, Cao Bang province.
The registration period for purchase lasts for 5 working days, from June 25 to 5:00 PM on July 1, 2026 at the Citizen Reception Room of Sub-Department of Customs Region XVI.
The draw to determine the person entitled to purchase property will take place at 9:00 am on July 2, 2026 at the Citizen Reception Room of the unit. Registered people must be present before the draw time, if they arrive after 9:00 am, they will not be allowed to participate.
Registration documents include an application for viewing assets, an application for purchasing assets and a notarized copy of the citizen identification card or business registration certificate for the organization.
Sub-Department of Customs Region XVI also noted that the winning buyer of the asset must self-pay the costs of loading and unloading, transportation and complete the procedures according to regulations before putting goods into circulation in the market.
