On April 12, the Coastal Quang Ngai eco-urban area project was started, adding to the locality a high-class accommodation infrastructure worthy of its stature, contributing to raising the face and tourism attraction of Quang Ngai province.
Coastal Quang Ngai is located in Tu Nghia commune, with a scale of nearly 94ha, oriented to develop into a modern coastal urban community, where international living standards blend with local identity. Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee said that in recent years, Quang Ngai province has always made efforts to improve the investment and business environment, promulgating many mechanisms and open policies to create conditions for domestic and foreign investors to learn about and cooperate in long-term development in the locality. Many projects have been and are being built and effectively exploited, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province, and the Coastal Quang Ngai eco-urban area project is one of them.

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang added that in 2026, Quang Ngai province will also promote investment and complete key transport infrastructure projects such as: Upgrading Dung Quat Economic Zone infrastructure; Hoang Sa - Doc Soi road and Dung Quat - Sa Huynh coastal road... When these projects are completed, they will create a synchronous connection system, promote urban development, tourism and marine economy, and improve competitiveness and attract investment for the province in the coming time.

The Coastal Quang Ngai Eco-urban Area project was approved for investment policy by the Provincial People's Committee on August 23, 2023. The project has a scale of nearly 94ha. The goal is to build a modern eco-tourism urban area, synchronous in technical and social infrastructure, in harmony with the natural landscape.
