Mr. Do Tam Hien - Vice Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee has just issued a document directing the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Provincial Inspectorate regarding focusing on removing difficulties and obstacles and accelerating the implementation of Inspection Conclusion No. 87/KL-UBND dated September 20, 2023.
According to Mr. Do Tam Hien, through monitoring the implementation of Inspection Conclusion No. 87/KL-UBND dated September 20, 2023 (Conclusion 87) of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee at units and localities, currently the whole province still has more than 6,756 land plots that need to be handled; many cases of problems have not been resolved administrative procedures, dossiers have been returned, causing public outrage.
To definitively resolve land issues in the process of implementing Conclusion 87, ensure the rights of land users, create a transparent investment environment, unlock resources and accelerate the progress of project implementation, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to direct Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (in charge of the field at the time of coordination with the Provincial Inspectorate in issuing Inspection Conclusion No. 87/KL-UBND) to review and summarize all issues related to the implementation of Inspection Conclusion No. 87/KL-UBND dated September 20, 2023 in the province.
Report, propose and propose to the Provincial Inspectorate to definitively resolve the existing problems in the past time, to be completed before July 10, 2026.
Based on the proposal of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, assign the Provincial Inspectorate to preside over and coordinate with units and localities to comprehensively assess Conclusion 87; research and propose definitive handling of related problems in accordance with regulations, in accordance with the actual situation of the locality, ensuring the legitimate land use rights of people.
