According to the announcement of the Management Board of the Construction Investment Project of Area I of Quang Ninh province, the unit is selecting an organization to conduct property auctions to organize land use rights auctions to implement the Northeast Urban Residential Area Project of Hoa Chat hill, old Ha Khanh ward, now Cao Xanh, Quang Ninh province.
The People's Committee of Quang Ninh province is the owner of the property. The starting price is 950,737,924,827 VND. The project has a total area of 254,795.13 m2, of which the land for building townhouses and villas is 88,793 m2. The land allocation and lease term is 50 years.
The winning investor will build rough, complete the exterior of the townhouse and the villa for sale.
This land is located adjacent to Tran Phu Street (Provincial Road 337), the West borders the Coal Industry Urban Area Project; the North borders the Urban Area Project Phase 1 and 2 of FLC Group Joint Stock Company.
The Northeast Urban Residential Area of Hoa Chat Hill project is also located not far from the road to Binh Minh Bridge across Cua Luc Bay.
Currently, there are many other real estate projects and urban areas around this area but they are either overgrown with weeds, built unfinished or uninhabited.

In particular, the Ha Khanh - Cao Xanh urban chain, once considered the expanded center of the old Ha Long City, covering hundreds of hectares, although implemented for decades, has now fallen into a state of abandonment with overgrown weeds, causing environmental degradation and urban aesthetics. Many component projects have not yet been able to hand over red books to people due to procedures.
Tropical City FLC Ha Long urban area, about 88 hectares wide, with thousands of shophouses, townhouses and nearly 826 apartments, is currently in a similar situation. Many houses have been completed but have no residents, or are unfinished.
On the other side of Binh Minh Bridge, in Thong Nhat Commune, real estate projects licensed for land plots decades ago are still just vast, overgrown with weeds.
The Emerald Bay - Dien Loan project, Thong Nhat commune, with an area of 23.084 hectares, with 435 adjacent plots of land and villas, was completed after many years of sluggish implementation, but to date, the land is still mainly bought and resold.
The North of Cau Bang New Urban Area Project (Bac Cau Bang Project) is full of news, expanding by 134 hectares, after nearly 2 decades it is still just a wasteland, overgrown with weeds and has not yet handed over the red book to the people.
Currently, in many communes and wards of the old Ha Long City, from Tuan Chau to Bai Chay, Cao Xanh, Hong Gai, Ha Long..., many real estate projects and new urban areas are continuing to be built.
